My name is Amanda and I have been in the Recruitment/HR game for around 8 years now. For the better part of this I have recruited for some top brands and consulted to ASX top 100 listed companies on how to improve their recruitment function.

Throughout my career I have absolutely loved being able to offer candidates their dream jobs! However the down side to this is that every yes is paired with many no’s to unsuccessful candidates. The biggest frustration for me is that time and time again I see candidates misrepresent themselves, under prepare for interviews or generally not sell themselves throughout the process.

This website is my opportunity to change that! I want to offer you all my inside knowledge on recruitment. Not only that I want to take it a step further. These days the best jobs are not advertised and to really get what you want you need to be able to access the hidden job market. Over the past 8 years I’ve had three major roles and not applied for one of them! I want to show you exactly how you can do the same.
